Long wait
I have had consistent poor experiences with the staff during my previous three trips to the office in the past six months. This is a shame since I do like Dr. Ortiz. My first visit there I had to wait five minutes to check in while the people at the desk had personal conversations. I let it slide. My second trip I had a similar experience - I had to wait while the person at check-in had a conversation that was more casual and personal than professional with a sales rep (who was inside).
