Gets a "2" instead of a "1" because of the low cost and the decent equipment. However, the low cost also attracts people that aren't serious about exercising that hog the equipment from those that do exercise. The problem was so pronounced that they implemented a 30 minute policy on the treadmills. However, the "walkers" doing 2 mph on the treadmills started covering up the display with towels and shirts so you couldn't see how long they've been using the equipment or they stop and restart the equipment therefore resetiin... read more
