In general I had been quite pleased with FB of Troy until my most recent transaction. I guess I should write more reviews of good things, but I do try to be completely honest in my reviews. Gary (my agent) was not able to obtain an odometer statement for a new vehicle we purchased and instead of pick up the phone and calling, my policy on the vehicle was cancelled, even though it was paid.
