Located less than 50 miles from Baltimore, and run by a non-profit organization, the Montgomery County Fairgrounds were set up in 1949 with just 12 buildings but now have 42 buildings. Originally agricultural shows used to be held here where farmers brought forth their best livestock and produce however, in recent years, a number of trade shows, art & craft festivals and private banquets have been held. It's gotten too expensive. I had to pay admissions to see monster trucks and still pay another price to see them. Y not pay for the trucks alone, or pay for both admissions and trucks or just admissions? Give us the correct options so we can decide west's in our budget! Even parking is now double the price. Smh
The Montgomery county agricultural fair really is the best 9 days of summer! There's so much to do, see, learn and eat!!
