They are a sorry excuse for a utility. It is truly amazing how badly they can mess up something so simple.
I got a bill in the mail and it looked to me to be wrong the bill for my water read $63.68 and I called in and asked them was my bill right? They stated to me that yes my bill was right,a couple of days later a man came to my door stated he was from the water company and my meter was reading wrong so they had to change it out to a new one, then 2 weeks later I received another bill that had on it a Corrected Bill???I looked and the bill read $341.99.
