Went for testing and exam in May. Audiologist examined . Overbearing and loud. Explained I had 'something in my right ear and wax buildup in other. Cant do hearing test'. Saw another ENT IN king of Prussia. Dr. Examined, cleaned ears. Norhing in right ear, wax removed in left. Test then done by audiologist. Over. Why was I told there was an ' object' in my ear? Why was the Dr., who was there, not examine and clean them. Why was I turned away? Do not recommend

My wife had a few appointments at this clinic with Dr. Schwartz. I assisted my wife during her appointments with Dr. Schwartz and noticed on many occasions how aggressive she was with my wife. At one point she stuck a thin tube with a camera at the end up my wife’s nose and she wasn’t being gentle even though my wife was gagging and tearing up. My wife had to ask her to be gentle. We have recently had more than one poor experience here. Our son loses his hearing in one ear with regularity due to wax build up. During our last appointment the PA could not remove the wax and did not want to spend more than five minutes softening the wax. We were told to use debrox independently and return. We did so. This time, the doctor wasn’t particularly patient or kind and, in fact, a bit dismissive. This was after two copays and I’m sure a bill to our insurance.
