I recently visited the SkyPoint Silver Spring branch to inquire about an auto loan, and I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received. I spoke with a woman named Tiffany over the phone whom had an irritated undertone about her. I was abruptly hung up on without notice and then directed to an automated message after telling her to give me a second while I retrieve some information and let the webpage load that she told me to go to after I asked to notify the CU about traveling out of the country.
