Weak representation for my grandmother. The Assistant DA assigned to her case was lazy, disorganized, and didn't seem invested in doing what she was actually appointed to do. But that's okay, because Harris County will take care of it!

Also my court appointed attorney said my pom charge was a JOKE also... ligon and the rest of the county must just want to keep profiting off of the illegal pot trade and keep the county jail full of people on mostly petty charges. Ligon wants to jail pot-smokers, while he is a corrupt enabler of republican crookedness - he declined to prosecute Judge Michael Seiler for all sorts of sleazy criminality.
To the DA of Montgomery County, respectfully sir mind your own business. Kim Ogg was duly elected by the citizens of Harris County. We know her stand on the marijuana issue. It was part of her platform. Until your county is crime and drug free, please refrain from passing judgement on our ability to elect officials to deal with the criminal elements in Harris County and our justice system. The people of Harris County have spoken.
The office is a corrupt, sexual affairs within the ranks, legal favors for felons of family members that work in the DA's office and the list goes on and on. Chris Smith and Brett Ligon should be removed.
Parking availability is abysmal for those who were trying to fulfill their jury duty. This caused a one hour delay in getting started. Beyond that, court progressed in a timely manner.
