I have AAA my car left me stranded in a place without a feeder at 10:30 am , AAA Status gave me an estimate at 11:46am then another estimate at 2:19 pm and every time goes later and later North point towing are inrresponsable, this never happend to me with AAA. I called AAA to change towing company. I hope AAA close their contract with this people.

Called triple aaa at 10pm for a lock out they said they were sending Northpoint towing. Driver called to tell us he was 1 hour away . Ok fine... then he called back to tell us he was sending another driver whom was closer.. ok fine... an hour and a half goes by I called triple aaa back. At which time the first driver calls again to tell me he was on the way that hr can't reach the driver and he would be here in 20 mins. 25 mins later he shows up with alcohol on his breath and unlocks our vehicle at about 1:15 ...
