When you call for an ambulance the very last thing you expect to get a gentlemen who is rude beyond belief. Who treats you as if your emergency does not matter to him and your really bothering him by calling for an ambulance. This isn’t a first, and you would think the company would replace him if he is so unhappy with the job he does. If there was an option for no stars, that’s what I would give.
