Called to get info on warranty help and see about a program for repair assistance. I got the run around and was told I'd get a call back for information but to no avail
From the moment I walked in I was ignored, then they told me how long they'd been wanting to sell the vehicle I was looking at. I said I needed 24 hours to sleep on it, and the response I got when I asked for any flexibility on price and how they'll just send it to auction was all I needed to know about this dealership. I walked in prepared to look at and potentially purchase 2 vehicles including a brand new 3500...potentially 100k in sales you all missed out on. Cest la vie I'll take my money where its wanted.
