Do not bring your vehicle here, they do not complete the service that you pay for. Said they rotated my tires, but they did not. I had marked them and after I told them… then they said we are busy today and they must have missed it. Then told me I can reschedule. I waited 1:45, Sad to say there Montgomery Chevrolet Service Department, but any 10 min oil change place is better than you. You SUCK! You will never touch my vehicle again.
Expensive but good service
I did not approve or authorize for my air filter to be changed and it was done anyway. Was not happy

My 2024 Kia Sportage X-line is being repaired after a MVA. It has been 2 months and every week the reps there tell me "it's next in line to be painted" " you should have it this week" " they sent the wromg suspension, it will be another week now"I still do not have my Kia. Also the estimate I was given initially is not the est they are telling me now. There is a $5000 increase. I am making car pymts on a car I am not even driving. This is unprofessional and I am reporting to BBB
