Monty Montgomery is not only extremely unprofessional and arrogant but he is also an employee “bully”. Not only was I disrespected and insulted in my two interviews with this guy, I was demeaned, degraded and disrespected on my first day working there. I don’t think anybody should be treated like this by an employer. Job seekers beware!
