Our Kia broke down in Hillsville as we were traveling from Florida to Ohio. They were professional every time I spoke with them as I waited for the tow to deliver it and for them to diagnose the issue. The part was ordered promptly, installed, vehicle tested, and my family was back on the road the next morning. He was a blessing.
Terrible place of business in the beginning of operations i dunno how its ran now but cant be much different sold my mother a lemon it had problems the first week she owned it and he basically put a band aid on the issues that kept arising until it was past the crappy warranty he offered and wouldn't work with her about putting her in something different despite the chevy cruze being total garbage to begun with and she asked several times after the second or third issue . Tread the lot with caution.
First of all, I'd like to say that I research places based on their online presence and I feel deceived. Great website, smooth online scheduling, pretty good reviews. I show up to my scheduled appointment to find the only person there has no clue what I'm talking about and says the guy that runs the online stuff is gone to a car and that I couldn't be helped so I took my business elsewhere.
They made purchasing my daughters car a breeze. Really nice folks!!
