The customer service was EXTRAORDINARY and completely unexpected in today's culture where the patron seems to matter little. Zac Lockhart was a joy to work with. His knowledge and willingness to make my experience a great one was incredibly refreshing and most welcome. Sunstar is the new GOLD STANDARD!
I had a much different experience with this company. Bad customer service and more $ per year on home owners insurance than the competitors. Had issues with them receiving payments 2 years in a row from my mortgage company. They blamed it on the mortgage company and threatened to cancel my policy over not receiving a $70 check from the mortgage company. I paid them out of pocket to prevent a loss of coverage. Do not, I repeat DO NOT do business with Montgomery and Associates. Do your own research and get your own insurance set up with a company you can call directly!! It has been a complete nightmare dealing with them. Everyone seems incompetent and lacks basic customer service skill and common communication practices. Any time you need to reach them you will have to leave a message and you might get a call back or an email 3 days 5 days or a week later. I received top notch service from Will and his team. Courteous, responsive, and always willing to go above and beyond what is necessary. Will recently helped me setup three policies and my experience was nothing short of excellent. I would highly recommend Montgomery & Associates LLC.
