Recently!!! We are getting ready to move to these apartments!!! To start, Miss Angela! She treated us lovingly and helped us every minute. She truly made us feel at home!! And we are not even there yet!!! Angela is kind and respectful!! And above all, she explains everything clearly!!! We look forward to our stay there with her in this new adventure!!! We recently applied for an apartment to rent with Angela during a stressful time for our family. She was warm, kind and professional. The way she represented the Trails made us feel comfortable to make it a place to call home for our family of 4. I’ve had an excellent experience here at these apartments. The maintenance team here are awesome. If something is wrong they handle it immediately.
I have no complaint. I’ve been here since 2024. I have seen the great change in this complex. The staff is excellent and when it comes to getting something done, they do their best to get things done in a timely manner.
