Joe is a closeted racists. He certainly has a way with twisting words to casually make it clear that he feels People of Colour are less. Ironic since he like so many other haoles like to go to my home island for vacation. If you want proper care find someone who doesn't hold racially motivated and bigoted views and who doesn't use their buisness to support keeping members of the public down due to their skin colour etc etc. I would say it's a shame but it's Montesano..
