We found Montes Painting online (I recognized the name from seeing the logo around the neighbourhood). They had great reviews, and we were happy they're local. Sometimes it feels like a gamble to hire new contractors, but this was a great experience: They patched all of the holes in the walls; smoothed out rough sections of drywall that needed attention; painted our rads, trim, and doors; removed an old thermostat, doorbells, and old security sensors that were years old from previous owners; and basically made the place look... read more
