Work was done by very competent workmen, quickly and coordinated with homeowners insurance representatives after storm damage.
I solicited 3 bids for a new roof. Monterrosa Improvement LLC did not have the lowest bid. In fact, it was the highest bid. Nonetheless, I choose to spend $200 more b/c I immediately felt I could trust them to get the job done and get it done right. It wasn’t just a crew the firm sent out—that crew included the owner who was up there at the roofline. Courteous, timely, professional all around. I’ll be looking for their help on other home projects from now on.
