First off, the property manager (CAROL) is very rude! He was "okay" until we signed the rental agreement, then he was Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde for the rest of our time there (not even 6 months). Secondly, we were promised that "maintenance" would complete the repairs needed in our unit within the first week of occupancy, WRONG! The property manager kept feeding us a different story every time I notified him about the damages that the previous tenants left behind.
