I just wanted to leave a positive note about Maribel B. from Monterrey Security. She was one of the blue shirts working in the lobby at the ADA scanner during one of the Blue Demon basketball games. She had a gold religious pendant(s) and a very welcoming and friendly attitude right from the start. I brought my father to the game, and he has a disability, so we used the ADA entrance. One of the supervisors at Wintrust Arena events, Greg, the big Black guy who is bald with glasses, consistently shows behavior that makes it hard to understand how he is in a leadership position.
