Worked with Kylie in the office to secure a place - we are coming from out of state, and she made the process so seamless. So thankful for her !
This place may have new management and be getting renovated but the buildings are falling apart. Staff is nice until there is a problem and then they will avoid you and your unit like the plague. They will work faster on vacant units than current residents’. We are breaking our new lease after a month due to a flood in our unit and lack of repairs for over 2 weeks. My family (2 kids, myself, and now 2 husky dogs) moved in about a month ago. We moved from one of Fortified's other properties, Bowery (ALSO A GREAT PLACE), and are renting one of the partially renovated units (i think). Firstly, Fortified has been amazing to work with for the past 2 years. Secondly, Kylie, at Monterra is thoughtful and kind and she gets things done! I stopped visiting my relatives who live here because this place is a nightmare. There is no parking available My family members decided to move out due to the unlivable conditions of this place. Because this place is having financial distress and can’t keep up with repairs and upgrades and anything else tenants are suffering big time by loosing their deposit and then some. After looking at the Idaho laws we have learned a lot of illegal charges by this place so we have hired a small claims lawyer to get my family’s deposit ... read more
