Hello Garry and the Monterra team Just a thank you. We have been in our new home since May of 2022. 3256 Majestic Drive. We moved from beautiful Seal Bay where we raised our three boys from 1975 to adult hood. It was just getting too much for us to keep up. And just in time as my husband was diagnosed with that horrible disease, Alzheimers. The lot and garden plan you chose is so very ideal.
