We built our new home with Monterra and were very happy with the entire experience. Their team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. The quality of the build and attention to detail exceeded our expectations, and we are absolutely thrilled with our new home. We moved from beautiful Seal Bay where we raised our three boys from 1975 to adult hood. It was just getting too much for us to keep up.
