As a first time home buyer, Monterra made the process very easy to understand and the quality of the build is everything I was hoping to see. I'm extremely happy with the home, and would vouch for Monterra anytime as a reliable and transparent developer in the Valley. The responsiveness of the onsite staff was always punctual and professional, and would go above and beyond when any comment / criticism was made to correct whatever the issue at hand was.
