Its so true about the parking spaces! Smallest ever. But people are mostly polite around the neighborhood. Derek in the office is great

My truck was egg'd last night here! Who does that? Stay away from here....your neighbors are evil and they still can't pick up their dog droppings! I can't wait to leave this place!
Been here since 2008 and it's better than other similarly priced properties. The value (what you get for what you pay) used to be higher but it's still not bad.
... The tenants here have no respect for their neighbors or their complex... They are loud... And leave garbage everywhere
