Alex did a great job on our annual furnace and a/c servicing. He spent a good chunk of time cleaning and ensuring that all worked well. Unexpected extras included cleaning up debris and rubbish in the cabinet from years ago when unit was installed. He didn't upsell or try to tell us we needed this or that fancy/expensive part to make sure our unit was working. Just all is well and see you next year! We felt like he was very honest and professional.

I booked AC service because the cooling was not working properly. The technician checked the unit, cleaned the filters and explained what was causing the issue. After the service, the AC is cooling better than before. Overall, it was a smooth and simple experience.

Claudio diagnosed the problem with my furnace within minutes. He replaced the part, performed maintenance, identified another part that could fail in the future and told me what to watch out for. I appreciate that he did not "over treat" by replacing a part that was still working. Very friendly and honest service. I would call him again in a heartbeat.
