I had a genuinely wonderful experience here. Every staff member I interacted with was attentive, patient and kind. They took the time to clearly explain my options for updating my prescription, helping me to be informed, and had my lenses fitted into my previous frames, which meant that I was able to keep within my coverage. If you want stellar service come to this vision centre. Every single employee is very friendly, helpful and at the highest level of professionalism. I’m thoroughly impressed by how well they treat clients and how personal the experience felt. They remember names, stories, talk to you like they care about you and your needs as a client — and do a really good job to ensure that they’ll be the ones you’ll be coming back to. Very pleasant experience, everyone was very friendly and professional. The doctor was super knowledgeable and courteous and was able to get me fitted with better contacts and some eye drops to help my dry eyes. Highly recommended coming here if you are looking for an optometrist!
