My husband and I have been using them for about 4 years now and not once have had a problem. My husband has 5 company vehicles and takes all his vehicles to them, as with our personal vehicles. Great place!!
I wholeheartedly agree with the previous review. In December 2012 I paid $1200 for a rebuild of a transmission case that I supplied for a custom vehicle. At the time I was referred to them by a reputable mechanic. I recently found out he no longer uses Monterey due to the reputation they are getting. Long story short... They rebuilt my transmission 3 years ago. It is not right and I expected to pay a strongly reduced price for a second rebuild 3 years later. 1900 for the first rebuild and 1700 for the second 3 years later? Not good enough. When I suggested that was not acceptable they said they would rework the price and only fix the least of the problems and patch it up. No confidence in that response. Rip off a girl. Never again.
