I cannot say enough about Bill and his team. He worked with us for months as we went through the permitting process on a swim spa, and he never applied any pressure or failed to respond. From choosing the best model for our needs to coming over to evaluate our space, to excellent customer service during and even after the installation, this is the place to go!
