Very unreliable people: I reported an issue with a heat pump they installed. They had a look and could not find any obvious issues with the system. The pressures were correct. They said they would check with the manufacturer and get back to me. Since then I messaged, called at least 5 times. I have them over a week after each call. Still no response.
