If you want good care and genuine help, Do Not Come Here!! Brought my daughter with Extreme pain regarding Gallstones and they didn't even want to give her an ultrasound. Even after I express my concern with traveling stones or if more stones were in there. I should have taken her back to the Emergency room where I took her when she first got diagnosed. I will never come back here. The lack of care is astounding.
I brought my mom to this emergency room and the care was great. NP Rolando is amazing, he knows his job, gets straight to giving quality care. He is very knowledgeable. Everyone (nurses, medical personnel) were good to us. A million thanks .

Called the ER looking for my missing brother and was answered by someone. JULIE, with the nastiest attitude. Asked if I could get help in finding someone with his last name and was answered with, "idk that person". I clarified again I was looking for someone that may have been brought in in the last couple of days with that name, was answered with "well I can't help you. I don't know that person.".
