So satisfied with their service…Came in to the ER and Luis & Vanessa were quick to assist me and get me checked and out of here in no time…Seriously wasn’t here for more than 10 minutes and the doctors had already seen me and prescribed me some medication. 10/10 great staff and love the customer care ♥️
Horrible this is no emergency room. Came in could hardly walk with back pain was never taken to a room or asked questions doctor talked in the hallway said go home put pillows on the floor take otcs see a primary doctor.
Ive been here twice now and each time it was a pleasure and they’re much better than what reviews have said. Their prompt and positive great service.
If you want good care and genuine help, Do Not Come Here!! Brought my daughter with Extreme pain regarding Gallstones and they didn't even want to give her an ultrasound. Even after I express my concern with traveling stones or if more stones were in there. I should have taken her back to the Emergency room where I took her when she first got diagnosed. I will never come back here. The lack of care is astounding.
I brought my mom to this emergency room and the care was great. NP Rolando is amazing, he knows his job, gets straight to giving quality care. He is very knowledgeable. Everyone (nurses, medical personnel) were good to us. A million thanks .
