Absolutely amazing experience very welcoming and nice coaches, clean gym, very welcoming gym community, workouts are tough but what makes it great is the people and coaches cheering you on, definitely going to join !!!

This is the absolute best place to work out 🏋️‍♂️ all of the staff here is so helpful with all your questions from nutrition weight and working out especially being new to weight training. They have a great schedule of classes and are so welcoming.

No clarity on pricing, and no actual contract. There were about two trainers I worked with who actually cared and corrected people’s form (hence the 2 stars). Some trainers won’t even show you how to do an exercise. The cancellation fee—which they don’t tell you about—is $199. I also saw someone get hurt during a workout, and the trainer didn’t do anything. No first aid kit around either.
