Great community
While Louise and Shay were pleasant to work with the overall quality of our home is not what we were hoping. After living here for over the year you definitely see the lack of attention to detail. In the quarter round trim it's either pieced together weird or the angles of the cuts are completely opposite and don't line up. Some of the walls are not square. The warranty is a joke. They give you one year for nail pops and cracks but the "repairs" the people made made the walls look worse. We are going to have to do additional... read more
Lara, Bryan, and Louis were very friendly they made purchasing our new home very pleasant.
I was impressed with the Sales Associate, Stacey, who displayed great professionalism, answered all questions and she presented the home versus trying to push a home on me during the tour. It was a great experience and led to an offer as well!
