Greg is a home-run mechanic with combined honesty, thoroughness and being very direct when it comes to getting your Toyota repaired or evaluated. Wish he trained the rest of the universe on quality customer service. Seriously. A rare find these days. Thanks a million, Monterey Motors.
Greg and his team came through for me big time when I needed some last-minute work done on my Honda HR-V before driving it all the way to Kansas City. He lived up to his reputation for going above and beyond in the customer service department, and he proved that he definitely knows his stuff when it came to diagnosing and repairing my mechanical and electrical systems. These guys are total pros.
Good service, great repairs, but SUPER EXPENSIVE and TIME CONSUMING. I had Greg and his team do two repairs on my Ford Freestyle (alternator replacement and 120,000 mile transmission service) and both repairs cost me several hundred dollars more than the average price for the same repairs in the 93940 zip code. Yes, Greg was gracious enough to offer loaner vehicles and he thoroughly explained everything that his team was doing.
