I’ve never been here to see a doctor but they need to inform the girls that answer the phone to make sure it is all the way disconnected before saying something about the person on the other line. That behavior will definitely make sure people don’t come there for care. If you’ll tell about people you don’t know, what will you say about people you DO know?

MONTEREY HEALTH DEPARTMENT! Absolutely ridiculous service and will not be back. It started with the front desk receptionist. She was very rude and unwelcoming. Eventually, I got back to get vitals with my mom and her oxygen was way below 90. She was worried because she did not have an extra tank of oxygen. I asked the nurse that was taking her vitals if they had any extra oxygen within the facility and she said no.
