I've seen Dr. Mohandas, along with my two boys, for the last 2 years as our Primary Care Manager. I usually see her for my thyroid check-ups and my medical weight loss program with her, as well as any appts for when we're feeling under the weather and she's always been very helpful and to the point, which is what we prefer, but has good bedside manners, too. I called the office earlier today. I spoke with the receptionist on the medical side. I had waited longer than normal and needed a refill of my prescription. I was told I needed to see the doctor first. I figured as much but my fault u waited so long! I asked if I could speak with a PA or have the doctor asked if there was something over the counter I could take as I was unable to come in. I was told no! The doctor would not call me back ever.
