Never showed up for the showing. Never answered the phone
recently moved in and have been living in my apartment for about a month now, and so far, I really like it. The management team is very responsive and quick to address any concerns or questions. They are easy to reach and very accommodating, especially Jessica and Jason. Lived here for 3 years before moving into a house. I think this is one of the best apartments in the area. Rent was reasonable (they did start raising it a little towards the end). Management and ESPECIALLY the maintenance guys were great. The apartments behind woodies near the lake + bridge are awesome for just walking around in a little pocket of nature and seeing all the ducks and turtles
I had a wonderful experience with the leasing office. A special thank you to Jason for being so patient and taking the time to answer all of my questions throughout the application process. He kept me updated every step of the way, so I always knew the status of my application, which made the experience much less stressful. The move-in process was incredibly smooth and well organized. Great experience so far! Jason was a wonderful help in touring, leasing, and getting everything together on move in day. It has been the easiest apartment leasing process I’ve ever had. The complex is quiet, clean, and well lit. My unit was spotless upon move in and no “landlord special” type repairs/painting that I noticed. I recommend!
