I am very happy living at Monterey Lakes Apts. The staff and maintenance personnel are excellent. In my experience any issues that I have had were taken care in a timely matter. I also love that it is a quiet neighborhood and I have never had any problems or issues here. I truly recommend this community. I also want to give a shout out to Jason and Stacy who are so kind and helpful.
we had a confirmed tour at 12:30 pm with jason, drove an hour for the office to be closed, and call and text ignored. thanks for wasting our time!!
Roaches, so many damn roaches. When I moved out, I had to throw out furniture and things like my TV just so I wouldn't bring any roaches to my new apartment.
