Toured here and it went great! Jason was very inviting and explained all move in costs in great detail. Stacy followed up with me after the tour and was so patient with us when we had questions about the move in process. The community is awesome, lots of grocery stores and public parks nearby. We can’t wait to move in! Thank you Monterey Lakes!
If I could leave a 10 star review, I would! Monterey Lakes is a beautiful and quiet apartment community in Largo. I have lived here for some time now and I can say that I absolutely love this community! Not only are the apartments really large, they are way cheaper than other complexes in the area. The officeteam at Monterey Lakes is also a10/10!

Absolutely beautiful community! Great Location, and Stellar customer service every time. The office actually picks up the phone to answer questions and concerns. I’m so happy we found this complex to call home! Choose this community over others! ❤️
The customer services from the beginning has been amazing not only that the community is very welcoming and the units are beautiful! Definitely recommend when looking for a home !
