Great experience so far! Jason was a wonderful help in touring, leasing, and getting everything together on move in day. It has been the easiest apartment leasing process I’ve ever had. The complex is quiet, clean, and well lit. My unit was spotless upon move in and no “landlord special” type repairs/painting that I noticed. I recommend!

Jason is a sweetheart; it’s a shame I can’t say the same for the maintenance staff. I hate to say it, but if you don’t like the job, you should quit. It is incredibly awkward and unpleasant when maintenance workers show visible annoyance toward residents who are simply trying to explain an issue... I hope their attitude improves, because we haven't even been here a month and I can already tell this place isn't going to be very pleasant... It’s a real shame.
Nice apartment building, hopefully the people visited move. It's nice but very run down and dated.
This review is long overdue, but now that we have settled in I can sing their praises: especially for the leasing manager Jason!! Jason was amazing when helping us with our new apartment! Helpful and patient through every step of the way while making sure that our new place was the right fit for us- and I believe it is! I am so happy and grateful to live in this cozy neighborhood :) It’s a very clean and beautiful environment and it’s in a good spot so it can be nice and quiet.
