we had a confirmed tour at 12:30 pm with jason, drove an hour for the office to be closed, and call and text ignored. thanks for wasting our time!!
Roaches, so many damn roaches. When I moved out, I had to throw out furniture and things like my TV just so I wouldn't bring any roaches to my new apartment.
I. Love. Living here. In the office so far I’ve dealt with Jason and Stacy, and every time I call they are SO helpful, kind and quick. I also had some apartment mishaps recently that Maintenance took care of for me SO fast and Sal was also so quick, kind, and helpful. After working in property management myself and moving here - if you’re looking for a community with a dependable staff team, this is where you wanna go.
Loved visiting this property. Stacy was amazing and I would absolutely have rented from her if my plans hadn’t changed. Great apartment overlooking the water with a peaceful balcony. I’ll definitely refer people there.
