I have been the owner of a unit for many decades. Unfortunately, over the years, the reputation of the building has significantly declined, with plumbing emerging as a major issue. There have also been reports of discriminatory behavior by the management, and it appears that not all homeowners are held to the same standards. It seems that those homeowners who regularly provide gifts or money to Nick, the manager, receive preferential treatment. Stay away from this building.

The front desk is racist. There is no smile all the way, and he won't say anything.
