Unethical ownership.
I am writing this review as a former employee of the Santa Cruz location. The owner owns both Monterey and Santa Cruz. The owner hired me on at a higher rate than anywhere else and even offered to raise my pay if I would solely work for him and not other gyms. When I worked there, he was running a challenge for his clients. The challenge was to take classes, which is what I would be responsible for, focus on nutrition and complete an assessment to teach progress each week. I love going to Fit Body boot camp. It is a great group of clients and coaches. It's like an extended family where you know everyone's name and build friendships. Great place to go. Each class is efficient and have proven results. Can't ever go back to big box gyms.
