Sorry to say this place has really gone downhill. I used to love their sandwiches/ paninis but the one I ordered yesterday was half the size and it was mediocre at best for the same whopping $13 price point. When you walk in the place looks bare. Clearly they're not doing well but if it's that bad it's time to say goodbye. Will not be returning again.
Unsure what happened to this place but it was like walking into a ghost town. Shelves empty, limited grab n go, and waited 10 minutes for someone to check me out in a completely empty space. Left regretting even picking up a salad but looks like they need the business…
Inattentive staff !!! A man who was constantly on the phone and couldn't pay proper attention to customers !!..
