Dental care is fine, but business practices and customer care in my opinion, absolutely terrible. I was called by a collection agency 2.5 years after my last visit with him without the office meaningfully trying to reach me. No care for me at all. Was told they had a new accounting agency that found an error per the receptionist. Somehow that error is now my responsibility, plus almost 100% interest. Very disappointing to experience such dehumanizing treatment.
Dr. Bianco is hands down THE BEST DENTIST in Monterey! I was suffering for three days from severe back molar pain and went to see a dentist in Seaside (who was absolutely terrible, he did not want to help me at all). After that bad experience, I decided to try to see Dr. Bianco and he got me in for an appointment the same day! He did a quick xray and was able to see that I had a cracked molar and promptly and painlessly extracted the molar. I am so happy that I found Dr. Bianco. I was terrified of going to the dentist. Now, I can go knowing that I will be well taken care of. He is kind and gentle, and always check with me to make sure I am doing ok. He lightens the mood by making jokes, and a little laughter goes a long way. When I have to get a treatment that requires Novocain shots, I request nitrous because it helps me relax and not freak out. Before I found Dr. Bianco, I didn't even know that was an option.
