Marina Family Health Center, my family and I have been clients of for over a decade! The Doctors & staff treat their patients with the highest level quality care, personable, kindhearted, professional, and I’m so grateful to have such a wonderful team in our beautiful Monterey County! I highly recommend this office for yourself and especially for your children! 🙏🏽✝️
The mexican woman at the desk is rude, unprofessional, and lies, she needs to be written up and fired , to find a job nowhere else, I never encountered a more rude person.
Very dissapointed ! I'm regurlar patient in Monterey county health clinic Marina . But today i had appointment at 10:20am i reached to my appointment at 10:15am but there was no one in the reception to check in after some minutes receptionist came at 10:23am and checked me in to wait the waiting time was very long i had my baby with me who was crying and I waited till 11:05 am they made me wait 50 minutes. They have late policy of 1 minut late but what about patients time .
The clinic itself is a pretty old building. Somewhat dirty but not terrible. My dr seems friendly enough and didn’t make me feel rushed. My biggest problem is that they are awful at keeping their appointments. My most recent mishap is that I scheduled a zoom follow up for my blood work results. They called me the day before my apt to confirm and they had it marked down as an in person visit. I informed them it was supposed to be over zoom and they said they would fix it.
