It was a gem to find the Monterey Company. I make a lot of my own knitting & crochet markers for my yarn store, and the quality of the charms made by the Monterey Co. is outstanding. Their turn around time was much better than I thought for the amount of charms I needed. I needed over 1500 charms and they were all shipped and ready to go in about 3-4 weeks. I will definatly be using them again in the near future.

I’d give six stars if I could. Ordered Christmas ornaments for my organization. I Wanted them by Christmas but didn’t start to look until late October. The Monterey company handled everything superbly. Rapid communication, quickly got me a proof and ensured my order arrived well before Christmas. The quality was simply superb.
