Monterey Company knocked it out of the park with our custom hats. The quality is excellent, the fit is perfect, and the custom PVC patches came out exactly how we wanted - clean, sharp, and durable. Communication with Sarah was easy and pleasant. Turnaround was quick, and they clearly care about doing things right. I'll absolutely be ordering from them again and highly recommend them.

I landed upon The Monterey Hat company by chance looking to get custom hats made for my small firefighter brand from CA. I spoke to Sarah who got the process rolling the same day, responded fast to all my questions & made the process incredibly easy. I sent them a design and they embroidered it into a patch, sewn onto hats. The final product arrived quickly and It came out better than I could have imagined. I tried two different businesses to get patches made and both used AI for customer service which was extremely frustrating when proofing the designs. Then I found Monterey and they knocked it out of the park! Customer service was amazing from initial contact to after i received my order and the patches look amazing! I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Five stars all the way! We worked with The Monterey Company for a custom challenge coin project, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. We had a lot of specific vision tweaks and requested several changes throughout the design process. Their team was incredibly responsive and despite the back-and-forth, everything was handled in a very timely manner. The final product is just what we were looking for.
