The owner of this establishment is totally dishonest; the absolute worst I've seen in over 30 years in the restaurant business. I bought a used dough mixer from him, he assured me it had ben inspected by a Hobart technician and was ready to go..nothing could have been further from the truth. The actual Hobart service center that I took it to wouldn't even work on it it had so many problems (see photo). When I tried to return the mixer the owner refused, denied the "warranty" he gave me, and wouldn't offer any kind of remedy.... read more
They have every thing you could possibly need for your home kitchen or restaurant kitchen. The employees were very helpful and attentive.
Way overpriced. Buys used equipment shines it up sells it at full price. Customer service sucks don't trust these people

Have you ever heard the term "Caveat Emptor"? It's Latin for "let the buyer beware". In this case it should be all caps with a bullet. In my 30 years in the restaurant business I've never dealt with a shadier character than the owner of this establishment. He sold me a used dough mixer; without the safety guards (illegal in the state of California as it turns out); faulty wiring, single phase motor when it was supposed to be 3 phase, etc. Refused to take it back or make any kind of adjustment despite the "30 day warranty", w... read more
Wow, this place is great! I know this is a restaurant supply store, but they have every thing the home chef could want and I was surprised to find that their prices were very compatible and in many cases they were less expensive than some of the local kitchen supply stores. The employees were also very helpful, I was looking for a large plastic cutting board and they were happy to show me all the different sizes they had.
