We contacted Monterey Bay Mobile RV Repair for a pre-purchase inspection on a travel trailer located in the Monterey area. Erik answered all the initial questions and we scheduled the inspection. Erik was very accommodating to both the seller and us. We aren’t from the area and would not be present at the inspection. Walked me thru some things to try on the phone with regards to my non functioning hot water heater. Magically it started working, No charge, Excellent service. Also was ready to come out end of his working day to fix.

We are so grateful for Erik who answered our call early this morning (after having made several unsuccessful ones to other shops and even our roadside assistance).
