Walked me thru some things to try on the phone with regards to my non functioning hot water heater. Magically it started working, No charge, Excellent service. Also was ready to come out end of his working day to fix.

We are so grateful for Erik who answered our call early this morning (after having made several unsuccessful ones to other shops and even our roadside assistance).
