We had high expectations but this department has failed us. This patient was diagnosed with Hemorrhoids and not given any further treatment for this. We spoke to Lupita which she offered steroids. He didn’t refuse but we explained the contradictions this could affect him in the short & long term. Lupita then interrupted us over the phone and said that was the only treatment for the steroids. Just had procedure done. Literally best nursing staff and best doctor I’ve experienced in a while. Dr. Hu, I highly recommend him. Very sincere and very knowledgeable. He really cares about his patients and you see that when you speak to him and see how he takes good care of his patients. Nurses were super chill and cool. All of them super pretty too. Great staff. Very professional and outgoing. Thank you guys for everything
