As a water system operator and consultant I am impressed by the quality of the work from this lab and their attention to detail. But what makes them stand out the most is their understanding of the operations and rules for water systems and staying up to date with changes and adapting to their customers needs.
Not very honest about what they actually analyze. For example they said they could analyze PFAS for $300. It ended up being nearly $1000. And it turns out they just ship it to another lab. Last time I was there some dude towards the back was throwing a huge tantrum. So not very professional either.
Best lab and workers in the tri-county area, always kind and helpful in all aspects, thanks for the excellent work!!
