Mark is a very nice person and he does an outstanding job of cleaning my teeth. Dr. Falkel is the best. I am so happy to know that my dental health needs are in their hands. It is truly a pleasure to go to the dentist!
I just love how Kim treats me because I have high anxiety doing to the Dentist.
I was 15 minutes early. Got in for my cleaning 5 minutes early. She started work right away, asked a few questions. Dr. Falkel came in mid cleaning, asked me how my crown issue from 2 months ago was doing, and gave me a good check. Cleaning: good. Dental check: good. Happy people: check.
For 11 years Mark and Mic Falkl have cared for my dental health and are the most professional yet interested people in their profession. I now live 250 miles from Monterey yet travel to keep this exceptional relationship.
Very much appreciated fast appointment as a new patient. Both Dr. Falkel and Susie were very attentive and professional and, in this examination, were very clear in explaining what work needed to done at future visits.
