Made an appointment for my son 5 months ago for March 11th. The office never called me; I received a canceled appointment email and called to clarify. Apparently the Doctor is (now) not taking new patients even though this appointment was made last year. Good luck trying to find a doctor without waiting another 6 months for a new patient appointment. Don't waste your time and make an appointment with Optum...they do nothing to help.
I moved out of the state for 5 years. But before I did, I was a patient of Dr. Montera's. I can tell you he is the BEST doctor I have ever had. I am looking forward to returning home and being under his care again. He explained every thing in simple terms so I could understand what all my test results meant. He also took his time with me, which makes me believe he genuinely cares about my health. He never handed me off to another doctor unless it was necessary. And, he oversaw all of my health care.
This guy is a joke. Don't go to Monteros staff. They sent me to the hospital for no reason. Montero's a joke personal opinions vary. But that is mine.
