Toxic work environment . Nasty management
A few years coming in and still have to be suffering because the nurses they have are not qualify to deal with difficult veins. Even you tell them your veins are difficult, take your time and dont try if you won't be able look for help. However they try at least once then they look for help. Why? If is a cancer center people coming here are really sick and have being suffering a lot already to come here to suffer double just because of lack of quality in their personal. This should change
I have 4 years coming here but the last year this location is a complete mess. Starting with the laboratory now it takes forever to get call and beside that is taking forever to get a simple result of a simple finger stick. Is unacceptable that a patiente get a finger stick done at 8:15 and is 9:24 and the lab still doesn't have the results. New administration needs to focus in quality time for patients taking in consideration which kind of people come here to get treatment is frustrating being here long time just because of... read more
I had cancer from the WTC and now I don’t. I’d say that’s worth 5 stars. Everyone we ran into there from the valet guys to the doctors and nurses were top notch.
They are constantly overbooked. Waited for over 1 and a half hours to get a blood test, PICC change & chemo treatment....still waiting. Very harable is scheduleding do not recommend them for any kind service
