Tina is very nice, thorough, professional, returns calls promptly, and operates her business in an ethical manner. She has prepared my taxes for many years and I have no complaints. I am African American and she treats all with dignity, integrity, and respect! I will continue to utilize her services because has a beautiful spirit and great work ethic.
This is a Spanish business. The TV is set to spanish shows with spanish subtitles instead of English. There supposedly is no bathroom as I was told. But I find that hard to believe that you are in the customer service business with a waiting room but no bathroom. I looked online and it says they do have a bathroom. I'm 8 months pregnant and you still did not have the courtesy to let me use the bathroom. Nobody greeted me and my bf not even Tina she just looked at us.
